The Bali Adoption Rehabilitation Centre, aims to relieve suffering, starvation, abuse and neglect of the street dogs in Bali.We endeavour to provide medical care, food, rehabiliation, bedding and love to all dogs and puppies.  In doing so we wish to educate people on how to care and respect animals, and aim to provide dog adoption services to suitable homes.

Thank you to Animal Medical Care Foundation for all of these great donated vet supplies. We are very greatfully, and the timing was perfect as just after the box arrived a 2 day old kitten was bought to Linda (see in the photo)...Milk and bottles from AMCF to the rescue.

There are also 70 very happy dogs now with thanks to Andi's generous donation of 100kg of dog food and many tubes of supplements...thanks Andi

Our new pressure cooker makes work a lot easier, now we can cook for 70 dogs in just one morning. Made and Ibu are very happy . Thankyou for your donations. Every dollar helps. AND look at our new washing machine, donated by Sylvana,Wil, Eline and their wonderful group of friends, and we still have enough to give our poor old run down laundry area a much needed make over. More washing machine action shots to come....stay tuned!!

 COME AND VOLUNTEER WITH US

We need help.  If you have any veterinary training, or would like to be involved in helping animals, please contact our refuge.  We need helping hands to make the lives of our dogs happy and worthwhile. Our volunteer coordinator would love to hear from you.

Suzie is starting to look beautiful again, her hair is growing back and she is putting on weight, here she is with one of our generous supporters, Amber from Australia...we love you Amber!!

CHILLY is now big and strong and was adopted by Carl and Irene, the couple who found him in the horrible state he was in. A lucky bali pup!!

JACKO came to BARC 3 months ago, Ebony found him alone in the gutter, soaking wet on a rainy day, exhausted and with what we later confirmed as spinal damage causing his back end to be paralysed. We think Jacko had been hit by a car sometime ago and had been dragging himself around the streets in search of food and a safe place to rest. Euthanasia was an option but Jacko was so determined to make his way around all on his own. He was charging around the floor chasing his toy and telling off all the other dogs who went near it....SO this is Jacko now in his very own doggy wheel chair...Thank you Doggon Wheels for helping Jacko out
